الوعي والممارسات المتعلقة بالرضاعة والفطام لدى األمهات في مدينة مصراتة :دراسة وصفية تحليلية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى الوعي والممارسات المتعلقة بالرضاعة والفطام لدى األمهات في مدينة مص ارتة، ليبيا.
شملت الدراسة عينة عشوائية مكونة من 210 ا لديهن أطفال أعمارهم
ً
أم دون السنتين. أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة كب يرة من
األمهات بدأت الرضاعة خالل الساعات األولى بعد الوالدة )%25.2 فور الوالدة و%28.6 خالل الساعات األولى(، بينما
اتجهت األغلبية نحو الرضاعة المختلطة بنسبة ،%71.9 و كان السبب األبرز للجوء إلى الحليب الصناعي هو قلة إدرار
الحليب الطبيعي. وبخصوص الفطام، اعتمدت غالبية األمهات )%56.7( أسلوب الفطام التدريجي، وهو النمط الذي
وصى به من الناحية النفسية والصحية لدعم استق ارر الطفل العاطفي والجسدي. أظهرت الد ارسة وجود عالقات ذات داللة

إحصائية بين ترتيب الطفل بين األخوة، ونوع الوالدة، وعمر األم، والمستوى التعليمي والدخل األسري، مع ممارسات
الرضاعة والفطام. وتعكس هذه النتائج أهمية تعزيز التثقيف الصحي لألمهات لتحسين ممارسات الرضاعة الطبيعية
ا في ظل اعتماد عدد كبير

والفطام، خصوص من األمهات على المصادر غير الطبية للمعلومات. توصي الدراسة بضرورة
تبني استراتيجيات توعوية مستمرة تس تهدف رفع مستوى المعرفة وتحسين السلوكيات المرتبطة بتغذية الرضع، مما يساهم في
تحسين الصحة العامة لألطفال في مراحلهم األولى
