الملخص

يمثل الرصد البيئي للبيئات الساحلية المتوسطية ركيزة أساسية لتقييم صحة النظم البحرية في ظل تصاعد الأنشطة البشرية والضغوط الصناعية والحضرية. يُقدّم هذا البحث تقييم تكاملي نقدي وممنهج لتراكم العناصر الثقيلة (الكادميوم، الرصاص، النحاس، الزنك، والزئبق) في أنسجة بلح البحر المتوسطي (Mytilus galloprovincialis)، مع ربط هذه التركيزات بالاستجابات البيوكيميائية لمنظومة الإجهاد التأكسدي. بالاعتماد على إطار مراجعة تحليلية تكاملية لبيانات برامج الرصد الإقليمية (مثل برامج MED POL وMYTILOS/MYTIOR) والدراسات الإيكوتوكسيكولوجية المحكمة المنشورة عبر أحواض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، يُبرز البحث التباين النسيجي الواضح في تراكم المعادن؛ حيث تُشكّل الغدة الهضمية المركز الأساس للتراكم والتمثيل الحيوي للمعادن غير النشطة اختزالياً مقارنة بالخياشيم. كما توضح النتائج أن التسمم بالمعادن يُحفز اضطراب التوازن الأكسيدي عبر آليتين متباينتين: توليد جذور الهيدروكسيل الحرة بواسطة تفاعلات فنتون وهابر-فايس (في حالة النحاس)، والارتباط المباشر بمجموعات السلفهيدريل واستنزاف مخزون الجلوتاثيون وتثبيط السلسلة التنفسية الميتوكوندرية (في حالة الكادميوم والرصاص والزئبق). تُظهر الإنزيمات المضادة للأكسدة، ولا سيما الكاتاليز (CAT) وسوبر أكسيد ديسميوتاز (SOD) وجلوتاثيون إس-ترانسفيراز (GST)، استجابة ثنائية الطور تتمثل في تحفيز نشاطها عند التراكيز المعتدلة يليه تثبيط ملحوظ عند الإجهاد المزمن، مترافقاً مع تصاعد حاد في مستويات بيروكسدة الدهون المقاسة بتركيز المالوندايالدهيد (MDA). يُثبت تطبيق دليل الاستجابة الحيوية المتكامل (IBR) كفاءة استثنائية في عزل التذبذبات الطبيعية الموسمية وتصنيف المواقع الساحلية بدقة تفوق الاعتماد المنفرد على القياسات الكيميائية للمياه والرواسب، مما يؤكد أهمية إدراج المؤشرات البيوكيميائية في خطط الإدارة البيئية وحماية السواحل المتوسطية.
