This study aimed to identify the role of training programs in promoting the use of artificial intelligence among administrative employees at Sahara Bank, Sorman, and to examine the relationship between the dimensions of training programs—planning, design, implementation, and evaluation—and AI use. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire to collect data from a purposive sample of 35 employees. The findings revealed several challenges affecting the integration of AI into training programs, most notably the shortage of technical competencies, high initial operating costs, and inadequate digital infrastructure. The study recommended developing institutional training strategies based on AI technologies, strengthening cooperation between training and technology institutions, and designing intelligent programs aligned with labor market needs. It also emphasized the importance of preparing qualified personnel capable of managing and developing these technologies to enhance training efficiency and improve institutional performance.
