تتناول الدراسة التحولات التي يفرضها الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي على إنتاج المحتوى الإعلامي، وتفحص التوتر بين مكاسب الكفاءة ومقتضيات المصداقية والاستقلال التحريري. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجًا تحليليًا وثائقيًا ومراجعة موضوعية انتقائية لأدبيات أكاديمية وتقارير مؤسسية وإرشادات مهنية منشورة، من دون استبيانات أو مقابلات أو ادعاء قياس ميداني. نُظمت المادة في محاور الاستخدامات المهنية، ومخاطر الدقة والتحيز والخصوصية والملكية الفكرية، ومستويات الحوكمة المؤسسية. وخلص التحليل إلى أن قيمة الأدوات التوليدية تتوقف على طبيعة المهمة ودرجة حساسيتها، وأن الفصل بين المساعدة التقنية والمسؤولية التحريرية يقتضي تحققًا بشريًا موثقًا، وإفصاحًا متناسبًا، وتدريبًا وسياسات واضحة. وتقترح الدراسة إطارًا متدرجًا لحوكمة الاستخدام وفق المخاطر، قابلًا للتكييف مع المؤسسات الإعلامية العربية والليبية، دون الادعاء باختباره تجريبيًا.
