الملخص

  هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير برنامج تدريبي عالي الكثافة (HIIT) على مؤشرات الحالة الصحية ومكونات الجسم لدى الرجال في الفئة العمرية (30–40) سنة اعتمد الباحثان المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع قياسين قبلي وبعدي على عينة عمدية قوامها (10) رجال تم جمع البيانات واستخدام جهاز تحليل مكونات الجسم (InBody) لتقييم المتغيرات الحيوية وبسبب عدم اعتدالية التوزيع وصغر حجم العينة، استخدم اختبار ويلكوكسن (Wilcoxon Test) لحساب الفروق الإحصائية، إلى جانب حساب حجم الأثر  (Hedges' g) وفواصل الثقة أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (P ≤ 0.05) بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح القياس البعدي في جميع المتغيرات حيث لوحظ انخفاض دال في وزن الجسم، ومؤشر كتلة الجسم (BMI)، وكتلة الدهون، والدهون الحشوية، مقابل بزيادة معنوية في معدل التمثيل الغذائي، ومستوى الصحة العامة، وكتلة الهيكل العضلي، إجمالي مياه الجسم، البروتين، والمعادن واستنتجت الدراسة فاعلية برنامج HIIT في تحقيق تكيفات إيجابية شاملة لتركيب الجسم والمؤشرات الصحية لدى هذه الفئة العمرية وأوصى الباحثان بإعتماد برامج HIIT المقننة وتقييم مكونات الجسم المتعددة بدلاً من الاقتصار على وزن الجسم فقط.
