يشكل الفساد تحديًا كبيرًا يواجه المجتمع الليبي في ظل التحولات السياسية والاجتماعية التي تشهدها البلاد. يركز هذا البحث على دراسة الخصوصيات القانونية والاجتماعية المتعلقة بجرائم الفساد في ليبيا، مع التركيز على كيفية تناول التشريع الجنائي الليبي لهذه الجرائم من حيث المنع، التجريم، والعقاب. يسعى البحث إلى تحليل الأطر القانونية التي تحكم مكافحة الفساد في ليبيا، وكذلك العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تؤثر على تطبيق هذه القوانين. كما يهدف البحث إلى تقديم توصيات لتحسين التشريعات والإجراءات المتعلقة بمكافحة الفساد في ليبيا.
