An Standard Study of the Impact of the Inflation Rate on the Libyan Balance of Payments Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Method during the Period 1970-2024

This research indicates that the impact of inflation on Libya balance of payments over the period of 1970 to 2024, co-integration approach was adopted in this research by using ARDL method and error correction method to figure out the impact of inflation on balance of payments. The result revealed that inflation rate has negative impact on balance of payments in the short and long term.
