Abstract

The evolution of work structures has undergone a significant transformation in recent decades, culminating in the widespread adoption of remote work, particularly accelerated by the unprecedented global events of the COVID-19 pandemic.  This paradigm shift has not only redefined traditional workplace models but also reshaped the dynamics of project management within organizations. As remote work becomes increasingly prevalent in the modern workforce, it is essential to examine its multifaceted impact on project management practices. Understanding this impact is crucial for organizations to effectively navigate the complexities of managing remote teams while leveraging the potential benefits that remote work can offer.
