Women have become active participants in the labor market, and work outside the home is no longer the exclusive domain of men. Women's contributions to productive work have provided economic support to a large number of families. Employed women have clearly contributed to alleviating poverty and hardship for many families, which is crucial for preserving dignity and personal self-respect, and preventing the humiliation and degradation associated with begging. Furthermore, women's work has added another layer of economic strength to many families, enabling them to achieve a better life. (Al-Rashidi, 2006(
Women have tried to provide for their families even as housewives, and the bazaars that have recently spread in Libya are perhaps the best evidence of this, as they have revealed the creativity of Libyan women. This is why this study was conducted in Tripoli, which aimed to identify this phenomenon, reveal its most important products, and focus on the role of these bazaars in highlighting women’s creativity.
Through the use of descriptive research and the survey method and with the use of a questionnaire tool, the researcher reached the following results:
1- The word bazaars is of Persian origin, and it refers to the traditional public square that accommodates a large number of commercial and life activities, and it is usually used to refer to covered markets that are known as places for the exchange of goods and merchandise of various kinds
2- It became clear that most of the products found in the bazaars scattered throughout Libya were various handicrafts, including food products, jewelry, and beauty products, showcasing women's creativity, artistry, and beauty.
3- It also became clear that bazaars have a significant social and economic role.
