Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the role of aesthetic leadership within organizations as a strategic approach to fostering a culture of quality in management. The research, through its theoretical framework (Chapter 2), demonstrates that aesthetic leadership, which relies on engaging the senses and building harmonious relationships, is a fundamental mechanism for developing organizational values. The findings indicate that this leadership style is the optimal approach for embedding quality, as it transforms excellence into an aesthetic and ethical value. Accordingly, the study recommends creating aesthetically pleasing work environments and developing comprehensive frameworks for leadership integrity.
