أثر القيادة التحويلية على مخرجات التعليم في تخصصي المحاسبة والإدارة: الدور الوسيط لأسلوب التدريس الابتكاري

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الدور الذي تلعبه القيادة التحويلية في تحسين جودة التعليم من خلال تعزيز تبني أساليب التدريس الابتكارية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية وخصوصا مؤسسات التعليم التقني والفني في ليبيا، وذلك من خلال تقديم إطار مفاهيمي يستند إلى النظريات والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة. وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال مراجعة منهجية للدراسات الحديثة. تشير نتائج التحليل النظري إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين القيادة التحويلية وتعزيز أسلوب التدريس الابتكاري، حيث يسهم هذا النمط القيادي في تحفيز المعلمين وتوفير بيئة تعليمية داعمة للإبداع. كما ينعكس تبني أساليب التدريس الابتكارية بشكل مباشر على تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية ومخرجاتها، من خلال تنمية مهارات عديدة منها على سبيل المثال التفكير النقدي والإبداعي لدى الطلبة. وتؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تبني القيادة التحويلية كمدخل استراتيجي لتطوير التعليم، خاصة في مؤسسات التعليم التقني والفني. وعليه فإن هذه الدراسة يمكن أن تسهم في تحسين جودة ومخرجات التعليم التقني والفني وكذلك تفتح المجال للدراسات المستقبلية بخصوص العوامل التنظيمية المؤثرة في تحسين جودة ومخرجات التعليم.
