الصحة النفسية وعلاقتها بمستوى الاداء الوظيفي لمزاولي مهنة العلاج الطبيعي

تهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الصحة النفسية ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بمهنة العلاج الطبيعي. اعتمد الباحث المنهج المقطعي السببي، واستهدف جميع العاملين بمركز العلاج الطبيعي سوق الخميس ببلدية الخمس والبالغ عددهم (38) عامل وعاملة، حيث جُمعت البيانات باستخدام مقياسي الصحة النفسية والأداء الوظيفي بمقياس ليكرت الخماسي. أشارت النتائج الوصفية إلى انخفاض مستوى الصحة النفسية للعاملين (متوسط = 1.84، مستوى ضعيف)، مقابل ارتفاع مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لديهم (متوسط = 3.91، مستوى عالٍ)، مما يعكس قدرة العاملين على الحفاظ على أداء مهني مرتفع رغم الضغوط النفسية. أظهرت نتائج اختبار Generalized Linear Models وجود أثر دال إحصائيًا للصحة النفسية على الأداء الوظيفي، وإن كانت قوة التفسير محدودة (1.3٪). تعكس النتائج أهمية دعم الصحة النفسية لمزاولي مهنة العلاج الطبيعي لضمان استدامة الأداء وكفاءته، وتتوافق مع الدراسات العربية والدولية التي أكدت تأثير الحالة النفسية في كفاءة الأداء، مع الإشارة إلى أن الأداء يتأثر بمجموعة من العوامل الفردية والمؤسسية الأخرى.
