Enhancing Education Quality Management: A Study of the Administration of Seven Primary and Secondary Schools in Tripoli, Libya

This study examines the management of education quality in seven primary and secondary schools in Tripoli, Libya. It focuses on evaluating stakeholder satisfaction and improving educational processes to achieve comprehensive quality. The study population includes students, teachers, parents, the community, and the labor market, representing both internal and external stakeholders. A structured questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The paper reviews relevant literature on quality management in education, outlines the research methodology, and presents and interprets the statistical findings. The results reveal that limited awareness of quality concepts and insufficient scientific planning are the main barriers to implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in the studied schools. The study concludes with recommendations to enhance awareness, adopt systematic planning practices, and strengthen stakeholder involvement to improve education quality outcomes.
