Abstract

تستعرض هذه الورقة البحثية العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية ورضا الموظفين الوظيفي، بالاعتماد على الأدبيات النظرية والتجريبية المتاحة. تتميز القيادة التحويلية بأربعة مكونات رئيسية: التأثير المثالي (الكاريزما)، والاعتبار الفردي، والتحفيز الفكري، والدافع الإلهامي. يُعرّف الرضا الوظيفي بأنه حالة عاطفية إيجابية تنبع من تقدير الموظف لعمله وخبراته المهنية. تظهر المراجعة وجود علاقة إيجابية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة التحويلية ورضا الموظفين عبر سياقات متنوعة، بما في ذلك التعليم العالي والرعاية الصحية والخدمات المصرفية والضيافة والمنظمات غير الربحية. كما تم تحديد آليات وسيطة مثل فعالية الفريق والتمكين والثقافة التنظيمية. تستنتج المراجعة أن القيادة التحويلية تعزز الرضا الوظيفي من خلال تلبية توقعات المرؤوسين، وتوفير الدعم الفردي، وتعزيز الإبداع والابتكار، وإيصال رؤية واضحة ومقنعة للمنظمة.
